FOR XML AUTO returning blank.

Hello,
I have an SQL statement which returns 2 rows
If I append the "FOR XML AUTO" at the end of the query I get nothing back.
The SQL is
Your post was incomplete. Could you post again? and possibly paste the
output of the SELECT query (without the FOR XML AUTO)
